Music video for Coheed and Cambia guitarist Travis Stever's classic rock side-project, Davenport Cabinet. "Nostalgia In Stereo" was compiled from fan-submitted footage that Travis acquired from his friends on myspace. Video was edited by his cousin, Sky Stever. Debut album is now available everywhere.
Because I was unable to use Bix's 1925 recording of Davenport Blues, the music accompanying this video is the beautiful duet performed by Alex Welsh on cornet and Fred Hunt on piano. I regret having to cut the music to fit the video. The performance, in its entirety, can be heard on the Alex Welsh Louis Armstrong Memorial Concert CD, which is available on itunes and other music download sites.
